An article of fruits in Unganda(includes a photo)
http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/business/6549609.stm
This bbc article tells about why 100 farmers began planting apples instead of tomatoes and passion fruit. The price between apples and the other fruits are unbelievable, an apple can be sold for $150.
I like this article because it gives a few photos so I can understand easier. It tells about the hopes of farmers and the advantage of growing apples. It helps me understand more about what is recently happening around Uganda.

That is very sad if the apples will cost $150. In the US some people are complaining that $0.60 to $1 is too expansive for 1 apple. I would be broke if i had to buy that and it wouldn't even last me a whole day!
i agree with alex because I also agree that apples at that price is outrageous!
